I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Phoenix exceeded my expectations! My runner now looks and smells fantastic. The pricing was reasonable, and the pickup and delivery service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you! Totally awesome experience! I had my patio cushions cleaned and waterproofed. They were very dirty and showing impacts of the humidity after 3 years. They look brand new. The team that came to do my cleaning were very personable and knew their business. Gave me honest up front advice on cleaning my ruggable in my living room, which didn’t generate more business for them. That is the type of “home town” service I am always in search of. I will always use them going forward. I just put them in my contact list! These guys were a great find.
