I can’t recommend Nutrifit Wellness and Coaching enough!
As part of a holiday trip to visit family in NC, I had the opportunity to join a class with Jamie at Nutrifit Welless and Coaching last week. My normal workouts are traditionally either cardio or traditional weight training. Jamie’s class focused on flexibility and what I’m calling joint strength – specifically for hips, shoulders, etc.

Great small town gym with great coaches. Has all the equipment you'll need with 24 hours access and great trainers if you want guidance from them. Highly recommend signing up for here.
Johnathan is an amazing gym owner! Everytime I go there I feel fire. ?Everyone in wake forest should go to Nutrifit Nc and follow them on Instagram. Johnathan and Jamie are so nice and kind and amazing coaches. Thanks a bunch!
