Joe Roney prepared our tax return in 2020, but according to an IRS notice just received this year (2024), he apparently never e-filed our return. To make matters worse, he is unresponsive to calls and email, and is unwilling to look into the matter to see what happened, and possibly correct it. Seems like when it comes to tax preparation, he's a "below-average Joe." Potential clients beware!

We had Joe prepare our taxes this year and we were impressed with his service. We had been using a great accountant for tax prep for years but as our taxes became more complicated we felt it was time to find a CPA. We are very happy with Joe and his office team. They are professional, informative and thorough. We are glad we have Joe as our CPA.

He was very professional and friendly while preparing our tax return. He is a great guy, and provides trustworthy and expert service at a very fair price.
