Got a crown yesterday. Though it isn't the most pleasant thing to do on a Monday morning I'm glad I chose Emerald Dentistry for the job. Everyone was so patient with the big baby that I am. They explained each step and always said to let them know if I needed a break. I felt valued and taken care of.
I would recommend this practice. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and caring. I had put off this visit for a long time.. my apprehension and my nerves were relieved by everyone I had seen. They explained everything that they were doing, and were very gentle as well.
I keep asking myself why I waited so long to get started on the dental work I need. The front desk girls are great. After a series of x-rays, Dr. Clanton listened to my fears and past experiences. We came up with a reasonable treatment plan after really putting me at ease. I cant wait to get started!
