A good friend of mine, who has worked with CJ for years, recommended him & Crabtree. Called him, set an appointment and paid for the warranty, where they come out 2x a year for 4 years and you only pay for 2 years. CJ explains everything several times, is very friendly and even stayed longer to find our cat who had followed him in the attic and blended in with the insulation. Reasonably priced, friendly guy and great service, look forward to working with him again.

Here's the latest story...
June 27th, 2024...AC unit started squealing last night about 10pm. House quickly was getting hot. I could see the fan was not turning, and the housing of the unit was very hot to the touch. I took a video and sent it by text to Bobby.
He texted back and told me to "turn off the unit", that they would try and get to us the next day.
By 11am the next morning, CJ was at the door, checking the unit.
It was a capacitor, which he had on the truck.
By 11:25am...again, the NEXT DAY...the house is cool and comfortable.

Crabtree responded quickly and professionally for a second opinion on repair for an air conditioning system in a new house during the extreme heat. They were able to obtain a part in two days where the original AC installer quoted over five days if they were lucky. Their quote was also $600.00 cheaper. They showed me the damaged part of the original air coil and quickly and efficiently completed the repair.Services: A/C system dismantlement
