If you told me there was a more kind, thoughtful, dedicated, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough realtor than Brian Pate, I’d have a hard time believing it. Brian truly made our home-buying experience an incredible one. Not only did he guide us through every step of the purchase, but he also took the time to teach us the essentials of homeownership and so much more. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. My wife and I honestly can’t imagine going through this process — or any future one — with anyone else.

Brian and his team were excellent to work with from the beginning through the closing. We live out of State and were selling our late father's house. We needed someone we could trust.
