Brian and his team were excellent to work with from the beginning through the closing. We live out of State and were selling our late father's house. We needed someone we could trust. Brian and his Team were with my wife and I all the way through the sale and purchase processes. He guided us through getting the house properly prepped for sale, which sold in less than 24 hours, and for 10% more than the asking price. Simultaneously he guided us through the purchase of the house we wanted and could afford.Brian is the TOTAL package! He cares about you personally and others around and associated with the sell/buy process.

Brian Pate was a great buyer real estate agent for us! He helped us find the best deal for us and was very consistent in his communication with us throughout the whole home buying process.
