Sad to report that I have been a customer for several years with good results; however, my last two trips have been unsatisfactory. I have spent from 1:00'until now, 4:11 pm. The technicians have been on their phones, with conversations on speaker for all to hear. I asked my tech to please silence her phone since it was blaring in my ear. They were not assisting each other and twice now I have had to return for a repaint after getting
Almost home and noticed the paint was not dry. The shop is empty except one other customer. It is not a welcoming relaxing place.
Very clean and sanitary which is very important to me being a fellow cosmetologist.. I am so pleased they used liners in their foot bowls and wore masks .. I highly recommend this business.
Walked right in for a gel polish change, price is the best in Wake Forest (believe me I've looked). Did a good job and was thorough and quick. Just got them done today so cant speak for how long they will last but seems just as good as all the others I've gotten. People weren't overly friendly but I was there to get my nails done, not make friends.Service: Nail polish changes
