I had my property measured, even though I provided the owner with the complete blueprints of land and building. For this I was charged $356.00 for 7.5 hours of truck service!A truck was not necessary to carry a light measuring wheel and a few marking flags. Where the 7 hours of truck service came from is not clear.Then I was charged $912.50 for "Labor". $50.00 per hour for 18.25 hours. The measuring date was billed for 9 hours.
