We have a very big lab mix who is terribly afraid of going to the vet. We had a very good experience with the staff totally understanding of our big baby's fears. They took their time with him and didn't traumatize any further. Will be back next year!
Last week, right after Tropical Storm Michael blew through, we had an emergency and our vet recommended we call Vale Veterinary. We were not a client and they knew nothing about us. We were almost in panic mode because Friday after this storm, EVERYONE in the mobile vet service were tied up with emergencies. As others have said, from the moment I called, my questions were answered, they were informative and very professional. Dr. Hutchison came to Sweet Nellie Belle's rescue and against all odds, delivered two healthy robust fainting goats who were trying to both come at the same time.
