Vale vet is awesome with your animal. My big Odin the Beast loves going there, it's not like most dogs are terrified to go to their vet. He loves them there cause they treat him like family, and did from his first day there as a pup. I highly recommend Vale Veterinary Hospital to anyone that is looking for an awesome place to take their pet. Also the prices are very reasonable!! That's a BIG plus!!
We have a very big lab mix who is terribly afraid of going to the vet. We had a very good experience with the staff totally understanding of our big baby's fears. They took their time with him and didn't traumatize any further. Will be back next year!
Last week, right after Tropical Storm Michael blew through, we had an emergency and our vet recommended we call Vale Veterinary. We were not a client and they knew nothing about us. We were almost in panic mode because Friday after this storm, EVERYONE in the mobile vet service were tied up with emergencies. As others have said, from the moment I called, my questions were answered, they were informative and very professional. Dr. Hutchison came to Sweet Nellie Belle's rescue and against all odds, delivered two healthy robust fainting goats who were trying to both come at the same time. Not only did they gain our trust, but we will likely be calling them again! Great job! Thank you for saving our sweet nanny and her kids. Job WELL DONE!
