We had a date for Scott to come help my company told me 10 am he would be there called at 8 no answer just wanted to call so 10 come I did again no answer did that till about 12 then called on my workers phone when he picked up he realized it was me and made up every excuse and he told me he couldn’t make it today when we would have to reschedule Scott should not be running a business He made my company look horrible I almost lost the job had to call a reliable friend with a crane too get the job done y’all be careful when using him!!!
Experience with Scott and team was great. Showed up when they indicated, did what they came to do. After project completed you would not know that I had tree cut down. Courteous, matter of fact, and more importantly no surprises regarding quote. Highly recommend them for tree service.
Jess, Scott and the crew did a great job using the Merlo to take done some huge vine covered trees along with some big pines next to the house and power lines. The clean up was good afterwards as well. I would hire them again.
