“This USED to be 1 of my favorite nail salons but since they have expanded they have lost their minds. I used to be a regular customer but my last 2 times being there left me ??. Made an appointment online with a tech I selected, & got there and was assigned to another tech. Before that I made an appointment over the phone, & was called THAT NIGHT around 8 to tell me I couldn't have the appointment because someone esle booked the same time online. And the final straw today I went in for a toe polish change. Not gel, REGULAR POLISH! $17! Where in Greensboro charges $17 for a toe polish change? The sign says $10-$12 & this chick said she charged me $5 for cutting my toenails. I just cut them myself the other night so they were not long, I just assumed it was part of the polish change LIKE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN & is at all the other nail salons. And I know I am not tripping because I asked a few other ladies and they ALL said that price is unreasonable and higher than the salons they go to. It will be a cold day in hades before I go back”
