This USED to be 1 of my favorite nail salons but since they have expanded they have lost their minds. I used to be a regular customer but my last 2 times being there left me ??. Made an appointment online with a tech I selected, & got there and was assigned to another tech. Before that I made an appointment over the phone, & was called THAT NIGHT around 8 to tell me I couldn't have the appointment because someone esle booked the same time online. And the final straw today I went in for a toe polish change. Not gel, REGULAR POLISH! $17! Where in Greensboro charges $17 for a toe polish change? I moved to the area recently and was stressing because I left my nail tech. My nails are very long and a good professional salon with great customer service is a must. My sun looked up this salon online and I must say every time I step foot inside from beginning to end the experience and service is absolutely amazing

I had my nails done today my Ciara and I am so happy with how they turned out! I love them! And she has such a wonderful personality and made my first experience at the salon a great one! I will definitely return and will rebook with her!
