This vet has taken care of all my furbabies for over 20 years. They have been there through the healthy times, sick times and goodbyes. The staff truly care about your furbabies and do not try to rob you blind while doing it. One time my Great Dane bit one of the vets and another vet stepped in and still showed my boy love and compassion even though he was a bad boy. You don't find staff like that anywhere else. If you have furbabies, I would strongly recommend you bring them here.
Great facility and staff!! From entering the front door until leaving the staff is friendly, compassionate and professional! The follow-up by the vets and or staff is second to none!
I have used Troutman Animal Hospital for at least 18 years. Everyone there is always kind, courteous and helpful. I will miss Kathy who retired but everyone I have encountered has been knowledgable and makes it easier to be at the vet.
