Was so anxious to drop off my dog for the first time... Kayla reached out to me assuring me she was safe and loved. Kept me updated with photos as she worked with my sweet girl! Went above and beyond to take good care of her! Highly recommend

Extremely disappointed and Won’t Be Returning
I took my dog to Tales of Lake Norman Pet Spa for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
The place felt completely chaotic — like a literal zoo. It was clear they had overbooked themselves and were struggling to manage the volume of pets. On top of that, the owner was not at all friendly or welcoming, which was especially disheartening as a first-time customer.
To make matters worse, the groomer barely did anything. She only cut two small areas on my dog and then charged me $45 for it. There was no full grooming, no real effort, and certainly nothing that... read full review

I can’t say enough great things about Tails of Lake Norman Pet Spa! They gave my dog, Liam, such a fantastic spa day. Kayla was incredibly welcoming when we arrived, making Liam feel completely at ease. He looked adorable and fresh, especially in his red sweater, and you can tell they cared about every detail. Liam was so happy and energized after his session—he was treated like royalty! I highly recommend Tails of Lake Norman Pet Spa to anyone who wants their pet to have a top-notch grooming experience. Thank you for making Liam’s day so special!
