Lots of contractors will tell you they are custom, but they just want you to pick a plan from their book and not change much but outlet placement. We took a custom dream plan to him and he made it a reality. We were continually impressed with how much effort and thought that was put into our home. He acted like this was his home with every decision. Mark’s main goal was to execute on our vision. He gave his professional opinions and design thoughts through the whole process, which was extremely helpful. He, his partner Ricky and crew are extremely talented carpenters and did beautiful custom built ins around the house. He was honest in all of his dealings with us and his sub contractors, which made them all perform excellent work for us as well. He answers his phone and gets back with you in a timely manner always (after the construction was over as well). I felt like I had a partner in building this house. Every single room is a dream. I cannot recommend this contractor enough.“
