Took us two weeks to find somebody who could figure out why two bedrooms in my mom's house suddenly lost power. He came by when he said he would and took him less than 20 minutes to find out the problem and the solution. Super respectful and did a fantastic job! Higher Elevations did a fantastic job! On schedule, worked quickly but did not skimp on service. They did a great job of taking down 5 Cypress trees, 1 huge Weeping Cherry and an old non productive apple tree. They also did an amazing job on cleanup!!! Best of all our backyard view of Pilot Mountain is even more gorgeous! Thanks for great service. It’s appreciated! It’s wonderful to see the safety measures and pride you take in doing a great job! The owner Steve is trustworthy, professional and extremely customer service oriented. He inspects the finished roof and is very meticulous about the finished results. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend his company.
