Took my elderly friend for an appointment. Stacy the tech, was so kind and professional with her. She was patient with my friend, and spoke calmly to her as she explained every step. Stacy is a great asset to this practice. The Doctor was amazing also.

I’m a Diabetic and I need to have a yearly eye checkup. I went to TVO in Lexington the 1st time, The next year I couldn’t get an appointment in Lexington but I could in Thomasville. Dr Totten was very professional and she took the time to tell me about some cataracts that she had seen and about the glaucoma she had seen and she explained it all to me . Dr Totten put me on eye drops for the glaucoma, and scheduled the surgery for my cataracts. I think so much of them that I have been trying to to schedule my wife an appointment but they were busy for the next. Y2 months
