My massage was an amazing experience. I was greeted at the front door with a heated neck wrap while I waited for my therapist. Once we began my session, I was assisted with a deep stretch followed by tackling my neck pain and addressing other underlying issues. My needs were met and I was educated on what was happening with my body so that I didn’t feel invalidated. Alison is a fantastic therapist, has a warm and welcoming energy and is a fantastic guide to the human body. 💜
The environment here is amazing! Ali was absolutely amazing! She implemented stretching into my massage which was great. I will definitely be coming back here soon.
