I had an amazing experience with them in 2022- I bought used washer and dryer from them. A couple months in a part went bad- they fixed my washer free- and owner was KIND enough to explain the PROBLEM! He is NOT racist. I am in an interracial relationship- and he was NOT rude or disrespectful. I have had my used units for two years absolutely no issues since! And I WILL BE RETURNING! I am appalled at the reviews on here! The owner is small business doing business I think 20 or 30 years and doesn’t deserve the political or religious shakedown! And THATS MY TWO CENTS ON THE MATTER! I stand behind local business! My daddy has owned a small business and has also received this persecution! And I hope he prevails as my daddy has! Shame on people who have zero patience and tolerance for others!
Just had them come look at our dryer. We had thought we would end up having to shell out for a new one, but they told us it would not be and that it was a simple fix. They had to go get the part which we had to wait a bit, but sure enough they were right. Did not cost an arm or a leg, was very affordable and customer friendly. I would definitely go to them again if I am in need.
I bought a fridge from there, after one day the lights stopped working. Took three days for them to send someone out. Two weeks later the icemaker stopped working, took multiple calls and visits to them to even set up an appointment. When I did get one, I took the day off and no one showed up. Got a call at 6 PM telling me the part has not arrived. I will never buy anything from there again! Awful customer service!
