Excellent experience... Great customer service, great communication, very knowledgeable... They were able to find floors for multiple rooms in my house that were in my price range. One they had stocked, and the turn around time for the one I had to order was extremely fast
I have an older home that had hardwoods underneath carpet. I had those refinished except for 2 rooms that had old vinyl underneath engineered hardwoods that didnt match or run the same direction as the actual hardwoods. I could not figure out a way to blend the rooms with the rest of the house. I happened to drive by Discount flooring on a Sunday and they were open. Julian was so great. He had so many samples it was difficult to choose but he helped me pick a flooring choice that didnt look like wood and blended beautifully with the rest of the house.
