Amazing communication with the dealership during the purchase process. Honest, up front pricing that was the best we found in several states, no hidden fees or up charges. Our experience was great from start to finish. I have no worries about service to our trailer if we need anything in the future.

We have purchased 2 Jayco 5th wheels from Terrell Camping Center since 2017 and have had positive experiences with each purchase. While the purchase experience was very positive, what stands out more to me is the after-purchase service. There are always questions and “kinks” with a new RV, and Terrell has excelled in answering and solving each. Bobby in their service department always goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved properly!

Very pleased with my purchase from here. Being around the car business myself it was very easy to get straight to the point with Randy as far as where I wanted to be price wise with the specific camper I was looking at, no sales games or gimmicks which is what I appreciated. The ladies in the service department were super friendly along with everyone else in the service department I met on my delivery day. Had a small issue with the stove which was no fault of theirs and it was handled promptly. Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful upon my demo viewing the camper. Hats off to him.
