I asked Kevin to do a design and he was still pissed from my previous appointment weeks ago when I advised him to make all my nails the same shape bc some were more pointy than others. He got snappy and I got snappy back. Services were done and I left. Fast forward to today, I asked for a design and he said NO bc I had an issue the last time he did a design. He claimed no one else in the entire building was qualified to do a design I take it he was being petty but it's fine. You can't get mad at customers for voicing their opinions about services THEY have to pay for. Good customer service is so hard to come by but don't think bc you're upset that it's cool to talk shit in another language. Extremely unprofessional!

if i could give this place a 0 i would definitely do that! the ladies here are so rude and do not do your nails the way you want them. they do them they way THEY want. my nails look very messy and i am very disappointed. Also the first time i came here they took my card and i was able to pay, i got charged twice for $63. my mom and i came back and were going to pay with card and she would not take it at all, had to call another person to bring money, very inconvenient

I came here because my original shop was closed so I WENT ELSE WHERE!!! WHICH I DONT DO !!! trying to just get them done. WORST MISTAKE COMING HERE!!! I got a pedicure and got foot fungus . Been suffering from it every since I'm so sad and upset . I hope they get shut down, my toe looks so bad and I can barely feel it sometimes ‍... DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL
