She educates where needed for the best results. I went in, showed a photo of what my idea for the cut would be and explained I wanted blonde highlights.
Lisa was so kind and patient. She asked so many questions to get a good understanding of what I wanted. My appointment overall took about 2 1/2 hours and when I left the salon I literally cried tears of happiness.
I went from long, dark brown hair to now having short, vibrant looking blonde highlighted hair.
