She educates where needed for the best results. On top of all of that she is extremely friendly and we have great conversation during my appointments and she doesn't even mind that sometimes im so relaxed I fall asleep mid-appointment. I went in, showed a photo of what my idea for the cut would be and explained I wanted blonde highlights.
Lisa was so kind and patient. She asked so many questions to get a good understanding of what I wanted. My appointment overall took about 2 1/2 hours and when I left the salon I literally cried tears of happiness.
