Dewayne Long came out as scheduled. Diagnosed problem. Gave me options and got it repaired same day. Also spoke about future projects needed. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
Ward to the rescue on. Saturday! Thank you. Bradley and Andrew were awesome and fixed our major pressure issue and got the Hot Water Heater and system back on track. We had an emergency Friday night and fixed by lunch the next day! We’re Ward customers through and through from Plumbing to HVAC!
Steve was assigned to us, and down to reset our breaker after a power outage. Thankfully our motherboard didn’t pop but Steve pitched us the power surge unit to prevent a motherboard burn out if another power surge should occur. Which does frequently occur in our rural area.
This investment cost $791 but per the replacement of a motherboard, seems to be a good preventative option for our somewhat new A/C unit. He was well spoken, easy to understand, and applied the work within a reasonable window of time. All is working smoothly and well!
Only complaint was the length of waiting but I fear that is a high demand of services and not the direct fault of anyone within the company. We waited three days in 80 degree weather for a reset and had a bed ridden person with very sensitive medical condition that could not tolerate heat well. Otherwise, the company is rather wonderful and a saving grace for many of us Rural folk! Thanks Ward! Thanks Steve!
