Thomas and Brandon early, friendly, and did excellent work. I am pleased with the service from my initial appoint call with Amanda(?) to the work by Thomas. I highly recommend Ward Heating and Plumbing.

Matt was absolutely wonderful. It was 14° the first night I was here & I had no heat. I called the AC company I usually use for my unit. I was told the soonest available appointment would be in a week, and they did not offer emergency services. I was so stressed from other issues besides no heat. I was relieved when I saw Matt show up and he had a big smile on his face. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He saw how stressed I was and immediately started conversing with me and put me at ease. Ward Plumbing and Heating you have a new loyal customer thanks to Matt!

Techs were amazing and incredibly politeWe’ve had 2 other companies come out to resolve humidity and units running constantly. Neither fixed either issue and Jeff knocked both out in an hour. He does an incredible job
