Excellent service!!!!!!!!
Reviews
I know this owner and would not hesitate to use. If you look at the 5 star ratings and 1 star ratings, you see a very abnormal review spread. The negative reviews are being left by people who have not used the business but want to hurt the owners reputation and livelihood for political reasons. Do not let them.
Jenny and her crew were very helpful in explaining the process. Extremely professional in a day when there are bad actors in this geographical area. They did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my 2nd home basement from water leaks that had destroyed about 900 sq, ft. of living space. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the final bill which was less than the original estimate. They went above and beyond, and I am completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Jenny at ServiceMaster by Hooper and can't say enough good things about them.
