Mountain View Eye Care: Hicks Brandy E OD

I had an issue with my eye and was able to be seen right away by Dr. Hicks. It’s an issue I’ve had before but Dr. Hicks was by far the most thorough in her evaluation and with an abundance of caution, has referred me to a retina specialist. The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Best eye doctor I have ever been to. Fast, professional and upfront, which when going to the eye doctor is exactly what I’m looking for. Also ordered contacts through them. Great experience.

I recently moved to Bryson North Carolina and have been without glasses for a long time and I have Stigmatism in both eyes and am nearsighted. I had the coke bottle bottle glasses when I was 12 years old. Anyway I went here because they were 5 stars and I wanted a comprehensive eye exam. They were very nice and accommodating. I am still waiting on the glasses and the ones I ordered were quite expensive and take time to make. I will probably update on that later. But just the examination was very good and comprehensive, I liked that. Ok I received my glasses today, now it was quite a bit of a wait they told me that they ended up having to rework one of the lenses. Now... read full review
