This Urgent Care was the only one I could get into at the time. I drove from Franklin over to Sylva. The office was incredible from me just walking in the door. The lobby was so nice and I was immediately greeted by the lady at the window. The wait was better than I expected for sure!! Once I saw the doctor she took care of me and I made a comment about how nice the office was and she explained to me that she was new in this space from her previous location and what she wanted to do for the community. Went in because I had strep symptoms which was affecting my ear canal as well. They not only diagnosed me and ordered my antibiotics asap, but were happy to clean out my ears so I could hear. Very friendly folks! Would absolutely go back.

While on vacation, we had a medical emergency and went to this location. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We want to let the following providers know how much we appreciate them, John Miller and Laura Miller. They both were very kind and helpful to my wife. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs medical assistance.
