What a fantastic spa with a great staff service. Very clean and just down right enjoyable and the massage was fantastic and was just what I needed after driving 10 hours to spend the week in the area. I definetly will be going back.

Came in for a wax. Receptionist dismissed me when I asked for an appointment asap. She asked a Technician (leaning over the front counter, GOSSIPING about clients,if there was time) she rolled her eyes “clearly done for the day,” the receptionist replied with we can't service you today. Then they continued their conversation. Very disappointed. For Sylva’s “upscale full service spa,” customer service was non exisistent. I don't recommend! Go ahead and make the gorgeous drive up to Highlands for true upscale service.

Wonderful! My husband gifted me with a Fusions Spa gift card for Mother's Day. Due to work 8!wasn't able to use it until September. Well, let me tell you, this is a great place to get a good soothing massage. I have had relaxation massages with Elizabeth and she is simply awesome. She is so calmed and nice, that she really relaxes me just listening to her. They also offer facials that are really good. Fusions Spa has a big selection of products. Staff members are very nice and service is really outstanding.
