The facility was pristine, had a cute little coffee bar, and the staff was AMAZING!!!!!! Patient, understanding, explained everything... But not overly where you feel stupid. One HUGE thing was our puppy was 1 day early for her second shots and instead of being like "it's just one day, should be ok." Instead they wanted to be safe and make sure our furrbaby didn't have any reactions, so go back next week for her shotsand they did NOT use this to their advantage to overcharge us, like some businesses would do. Had to take my cat for an emergency visit. The process was pretty lengthy, but they were so compassionate and caring. Plus they did not judge me for not being able to spend $1K on tests and xrays.

Maxx our Yorkie loved the staff and was not a nervous Nelly like at our previous vet. They even clipped his nails something previous place couldn't do! Dr was very informative and so nice. Maxx got lots of love while in there..A++ in our book...
