Hunter and Ken were abke to get a rare part.for my computer. It took a little while but they did it. We got it home and found something else unrelated wrong. We called them. They said bring it back in and it will get checked out. They fixed it at no additional labor cost. It is hard to find someone who really cares about service. They have a big inventory of older computers to get parts. I recommend them.
