Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy is an absolutely awesome place. The instructors are knowledgeable, respectful, and patient, making sure each child is properly set up for success for class and the future. They go over life lessons with the children to help them outside of class. The women’s self-defense classes are amazing, with excellent instructors who are encouraging and empowering, teaching practical, real-life techniques. Students leave feeling more confident and aware. The self-discipline and confidence learned at the academy is irreplaceable and will last a lifetime. Ramires ATA has become like family and has far exceeded expectations on martial arts training. They offer a trial for 20 dollars. Highly recommended for all ages.
I took a women’s self-defense class this morning with my teenage daughter, and it was such a great experience. Ms. Ramirez was an excellent instructor—knowledgeable, encouraging, and empowering. She made everyone feel comfortable while teaching practical, real-life techniques that every woman and girl should know.
My daughter and I both left feeling more confident and aware. I’m so grateful we were able to learn these important skills together. I highly recommend this class to women and girls of all ages! 💪⭐
I took the Women’s Self Defense class with Ms. Dolly and she is amazing! Ms. Dolly is something to be reckoned with! She taught us various techniques in how to defend ourselves and get out of different holds. 5 hands down! Definitely a class that every woman should take!
