I would have rated 5 star if not for the difficulty with getting a sink I really wanted. However the people were great and kept me informed through out the entire process. The installers were courteous and professional. The final product is definitely beautiful.

Jessica was knowledgeable and responsive. Vincent the templater, came out and laser measured. Quotes were received in a timely manner and communication with Jennah on the Installation end was excellent. The crew worked hard and it looks amazing! The seams are tight and I was impressed with how well the grout matched after they mixed the color by hand. The install crew actually arrived early with plenty of head's up. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend working with Onslow Stoneworks.

I’m rating 4 out of 5 stars because the things that matter most were very good. If it was an option I would rate 3.75 stars. I’m a quality director, so I take voice of the customer and feedback very seriously. The product options, knowledge of the sales reps, dealing with people throughout the process, and the end results after installation were all great. The pricing was also competitive. There are a couple opportunities for improvement. Response to voicemails and/or emails could be more timely (minus 1/4 star). I get that it’s a good problem to be busy though. What did miff me however was that full payment was required before getting on the installation... read full review
