We are a family owned business. We came in from lunch to find hackers had opened our bank account and was trying to transfer money. They had control of my mouse which was the 1st red flag. I shut the computer down and called Wayne at Heartware. He said bring it on over. He set us up with a new anti virus software and cleaned up the hard drive. We are virus free now. Real simple review. My wife's laptop wouldn't boot up, Wayne diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had it fixed as soon as the parts came in. Excellent service, can't ask for more than that.
