From the first moment of contact the owners, brothers Josh and Ben Brockman, exceeded my expectations. Josh was very helpful in explaining the issues surrounding my much needed roof replacement. He walked me through various options and the difference between what I was replacing (3-Tab) and what I was receiving (Landmark Certainteed Architectural Shingles). We finally landed on the Pewter finish after several back and forth color choice conversations. He was very patient with my indecisiveness. Josh and Ben visited my home to take photos and measurements. Materials were ordered on a Monday, delivered on a Wednesday, and my brand new roof was installed by 1:00 PM on that same Thursday! All I can say is WOW! Not only is it beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but Josh and Ben were the easiest to communicate with. Ben has been outstanding since the project completed with finalizing paperwork. It has been five days since my new roof was installed and we have received nothing but rain. I wish I had a photo to post. I will absolutely update you all with a photo the first chance I get. I cannot recommend Brockman Home Solutions enough! Let them take care of all your roofing needs!
