I was told I the control board for my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. The replacement was $935. Yikes. I paid $99 plus tax for them to come over and tell me this, which they would deduct from the bill to replace the board. I found the same, new OEM board on line for $88 plus tax. It took me 20 minutes to swap out the boards. You got to be wealthy to use this outfit.

Crazy expensive quote to mount a faucet and replace one pvc drain pipe for a kitchen sink. The faucet was supplied, they just needed to hook it up. The quote was for $1003.00 in labor including the $7.00 pvc drain pipe as the only supplied part. Steer clear of these guys if you want value. They must have a ton of overhead to quote a grand for a $300 job. Avoid buyer's remorse and call someone else, anyone else but these con men. If you don't trust this review, read any of the other reviews on this company. Terrible, don't be fooled.

Have had positive past experiences with Wilmington Air, but once they became Blaze, things seem to have changed. They recently canceled an appointment on me for an electrician visit. No worries, it happens. Told me they'd call the next day to let me know if they could squeeze me in but that if not, the day after for sure. Didn't hear from them the next day. The day after, I waited until noon, but they didn't reach out. I called and found out they were cancelling my appointment again due to a sudden illness.

I asked if they only had one electrician. They said, no, but the rest of them were already booked. I see.
