Highly recommend Inis spa! I have had a facial by Grace, which was my first and it was amazing, and have now had two massages by Kara! I live 45 minutes away and will continue to make the trip there for a massage! Kara puts in WORK on my upper back/shoulders and neck, leaving me feeling like a new person. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not but you’re looking for a good massage, go see Kara in Surf City!

I have been going to INIS for several years and highly recommend for anyone on the island or coming to the island. Great organization with great people. I had a massage with Kara today and she is AWESOME! I have also had a facial with Grace and she is AWESOME as well. Will schedule with both again soon.

My review comes from my background exploring wellness in a variety of places including Grove Park in Asheville, Sedona, Arizona, Vegas, Florida Keys, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, etc. INIS has been more a part of my life for 17 years than doctors have. Mary is an incredible leader with a staff of kind, giving experts in their field. From the staff helping to book, to the awesome products, it is truly the Spirit of the Island and I have been in Topsail since 1995. I would highly recommend Sunny for massage and Grace for facials. We are so blessed to have INIS in our lives for health, healing, comfort, and joy.
