Erin and Sean came out to our house to see what was wrong with our heat pump. They couldn’t have been any nicer and polite and spent plenty of time explaining what was wrong and the best solutions to care of the problems and answering our questions. We received an email letting us know who was coming out and what time they were going to be there and the techs were right on time. Really enjoyed working with them and with Gideon HVAC
