They were professional, and fixed the leak I had. The plumbers were organized and thorough.They seem like they have been doing this a long time.I'll definitely call them if I have any plumbing issues in the future. :)

I highly recommend Vic West Plumbing. My hot water heater had a constant loud vibration that just wouldn't go away. I called them the night before and they called directly after. We set a time for the next day and they even called to confirm the problem before coming out to check on the issue. They came out right away and fixed the problem quickly. And I was extremely but happily surprised that they didn't charge for the call/service. Granted it didn't require they spend a great deal of time on it but all other plumbing services I have dealt with will charge you a service fee just for showing up. I had my water heater go out while I was down with my 10 month old foster son . They were very busy but very prompt in replacing my water heater. Techs were so nice ! I have then coming back for some small leaks and improvements !Services: Plumbing pipe repair
