After moving to Holden Beach and during Covid it was challenging finding beauty service providers I liked. Sam at Penelopes does great color and cuts. I don't have to wait 6 months for an appointment. Although I almost hesitate to give this review because I don't want her to get so busy.Services: Haircut

I am sooo pleased with the outcome of my hair after my first visit with Sam. You totally gained me as a full-time customer and I can't thank you enough for such a great outcome!!!

Sam became my God send hairdresser in Aug 2020. I stopped by this elegantly decorated salon after a bad haircut. She fit me in immediately and fixed me up. That day we developed a plan to grow out my hair. I've seen her 4 times since then and her color and cuts are absolutely gorgeous. I told her back in August I'm looking for my 4ever hairdresser and she is definitely her! Thank you Sam!
