We have been using proactive vacations for a few years now and absolutely love them. Communication is great and the homes are always very clean. They send reminders when payment is due which is very helpful. Proactive is my go to when booking vacations. We stayed at mystic mermaid this year and what an absolutely beautiful home. I think I found my new favorite house at Holden.

This review is for owners of rental properties on Holden Beach. After 26 years with the same management company, we switched to Proactive Vacations last year. We could not be happier with our decision. We decided to change management companies because of the stress caused by poor communication and a dismissive attitude toward our concerns. We could not be happier with our decision. The people at Proactive are easy to work with and extremely responsive. Each owner is assigned one person as single point of contact. We drove 10 hours from Ohio for our first family vacation. We stayed at Holden Waves Oceanfront beach house and it was a very great experience. The house was clean. We are extremely Pleased with Proactive and we plan to rent again next year for our next family Vacation!!
