Palmetto Infusion in Concord is truly amazing. For the past 10 years—on and off—this team has taken such great care of me, and I’m definitely going to miss the incredible group of staff who have supported me throughout my journey here. Unfortunately, due to my insurance no longer being accepted at this pharmacy, I’m very, very sad to have to step away. But this is not a goodbye. I’ll continue to come back stronger and better, and I truly hope to see you all again soon. I just want you to know how amazing you are. The nurses are always amazing! I recommend this company based on the nurses’ care alone! The administrative staff, not as much. I’m in the process of switching from one type of medicine to another. After a couple of weeks with no word, I asked my doctor about it. She contacted Palmetto Infusion and they told her they were waiting to hear back from my insurance. I called my insurance to see if I could do anything to help, and they told me they had not been contacted by Palmetto at all. So I called Palmetto and they said it has to go to upper management but that they are “actively working on it.” In the meantime, they cancelled all my future appointments I had scheduled (I infuse every ten days) even though I was supposed to continue with the current order until the new one was approved. So I had to reschedule my next infusion. I’m a little confused as to why they told my provider that they were waiting on my insurance to respond when the insurance company said they have not heard from Palmetto at all. So all in all, great care from the staff at the West Columbia location. They are always so sweet and really care about their patients. But the administrative staff could use a little help, maybe they’re understaffed?
the Palmetto Infusion office in Anderson is A+. Everyone that works there is very professional, caring, easy going and very pleasant to deal with. They have treated me just like I was a member of their family. Highly Highly recommend them. Thanks for all they have done for me....John Forrester
