AC stopped working on Friday night. Called on Saturday morning about 11 am. Expected to be placed on a wait list. The customers service representative explained the initial cost and scheduled us for 1-5 pm. The repair tech arrived early. Was very thorough. Friendly and helpful. Located the problem and got us repaired. We had cold air by 2 pm. We air very satisfied with our service. Thank you for all your help and timely service.

I've used Fulford for business and personal projects for well over a decade. They are very skilled and professional. They are also great communicators - respondong promptly, giving regular updates, and describing the work needed/completed. I also appreciate how they give back to their community.
