First trip here. Dr Smith is great she has been my vet. for 3 years or so now trust here completely. The rest of the staff i meet helped me with every question i could ask. Will be returning here from now on .
Everyone was friendly and the doctor and nurse were very patient and caring with our cat who can be aggressive. The doctor explained everything to us clearly and listened to our concerns. I would recommend them to anyone in the area to give them a try.
I needed an emergency appointment for an urgent issue for both my girls. The Animal Hospital at Lake Brandt is the only vet in the area kind enough see me for a last-minute, same day appointment. They were honest and upfront about price. They were kind and gentle to my 2 feisty, misbehaved fur girls (dog and cat.) I cannot thank them enough for getting me in today and getting me those meds I needed at an affordable price. They worked with me on my difficult situation. Dr. Smith and Brandi were great. Total lifesavers today.
