Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. He even connected us with a wonderful structural engineer to make sure everything was done right.

What really stood out, though, is that Joe — the owner — was physically here every day working alongside his crew. You could see the pride he takes in his craft and the care he puts into every detail. That level of dedication and hands-on involvement is truly rare these days.

“I was impressed with how quickly Scott Williams came out to look at our problem and to give me an estimate. Even though I'd said there was no rush, the GLS guys came out fairly soon afterwards and completed the work in a timely manner. They were polite, and did a great job of cleaning up.

I thought they were going to come one more time since I had a few more trees/bushes I wanted removed, and would have paid more for that additional work, but that was a failure on my part to communicate. I wish the men had cut down the (small) trees much closer to the ground, instead of leaving 2-3 ft. staubs.

I summary, I would recommend GLS and would hire them again to work on our property.“
