Fran Lovelace is great representative! She believes in helping people get a better understanding of what insurance they are choosing. As well as what fits their needs with health insurance . She also shares her screen with so you so you'll see what she sees! Helping you get the best health insurance for your health. Fran is very polite & patient! I love her & recommended her to all my friends & family!!!!
Fran has a wealth of knowledge about insurance needs. Us seniors need help with Medicare plans and she is the go to person for this. Not only does she have knowledge but she is very personable.
She helped me with my transition from the Durham area to the Greensboro area where I had to switch Medicare programs due to my last one was connected to the Duke Health and I needed to switch to Cone Health. Very Satisfied!
