“My family has used this Veterinary hospital for many years for primary care. I like most of the staff that seem enthusiastic about their job and animals. I have brought up concerns with my animals that seem to be brushed off as normal but my pets have ended up with health issues that are not addressed until after seeing much worse affects. Kitten with kidney problems that were asked about months before passing. Dog with allergies with no sense in what direction we should address it. I would like if they would send an email, letter or call about reminders of appointments. Even if I missed an appointment because I'm busy with family I didn't get a notification telling me I missed the appointment. I have to reach out, I have to ask the questions to find more information about the issues, have to be proactive in scheduling my next appointment they know I should come in for but they just ask for a payment only after the appointment.“
