Of course, one should always do their due-diligence when making a large purchase for their home and get multiple quotes. I called Skywalker Roofing and told the office staff that I just received an astronomical quote from another company and William with Skywalker came out to my home within 2 hours. There was no comparison from the “scammer” company to Skywalker. William was exceptional (Excellent customer service); Cody (Team Leader for installing the roof) was fantastic; The roofing crew, gutter guard crew and the guy who installed the chimney cap were ALL true professionals. My overall experience was amazing. HOMEOWNERS – take care of the people who are doing a service for you. Providing a cooler full of drinks and a couple pizzas for the roofing crew goes a long way. The rescuers Having a terrible experience with another roofing company I struggled going to anyone else but Skywalker Roofing came highly recommended. Still hesitant on anyone doing my roof I invited them over. Meeting a representative, Brandon, I was put at ease that I would be able to have a smooth install. He went over everything that would be done and assured me that it would be done right and done to perfection. Well BJ and his team delivered just that. They even cleaned up extra stuff that they didn’t have to clean up. The team worked hard and they didn’t bother my dogs at all. My roof looks amazing! I couldn’t have asked for such a blessing as to hire them to do my roof! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a roof!
